General Information:

The Educational Technology and Media Center in the College of Education is seeking new student assistants for the 2026-2027 school year. Each position is approximately 10 hours per week during the academic year.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

ETMC Student Assistants help with all functions of the ETMC. Primary duties and responsibilities include the following: providing excellent customer service to our patrons, assisting with library circulation duties, providing general technology support for patrons, answering phones, assisting patrons with education-related research questions, keeping the ETMC organized, and performing as part of a team.

 

Qualifications:

Familiarity with the College of Education is helpful in this position. Applicants must be full-time students.

Preference will be given to students seeking a degree in education.

Conditions of Employment:  

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
