General Information:

The Department of Health Sciences is seeking self-motivated, detail-oriented students for 10 hours a week for the 2025-2026 academic year that will assist faculty and staff in various ways.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Provide assistance to faculty/staff in/out of the classroom as needed
-Record management, computerized and manual
-Filing and data entry using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software
-Operation of copier/scanner
-Complete projects and any other duties assigned by faculty and staff in a timely manner
-Respect the confidentiality of documents being handled and the department
-Be responsible, dependable, and professional at all times

-Ability to work independently
-Good communication skills in person and via various technology
-Professional attitude
-Shows initiative
-Excellent organizational skills
-Comfort with Zoom
-Proficient with Word and Excel
-Comfort using a copier/scanner to assist with various tasks

Conditions of Employment:  

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).

Students must have a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA.
