General Information:

The position reports directly to the AVP for Advancement Information Systems (AIS) and servers as a central coordinator of all business functions for AIS. It oversees the policies, reconciliations and procedures for budgets, supplies, travel and forecasting for all AIS offices. In addition, 50% of this position supports functions in Advancement Gifts and Records.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and provide administrative support for the AVP of AIS.

  • Oversee and manage the three budgets under AIS.

  • Responsible for the coordination, management, and procedures related to the business functions of the three AIS offices.

  • Assist Advancement Gifts and Records to include gift entry, biographical records updates, research address returns, assist with daily mail, help manage departmental inbox, assist with receipts and/or pledge reminders, enter deposits, draft end-of-day reporting.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Familiarity with Accounts Payable and Budget Management methods and regulations.
  • Excellent oral and written skills, employee must understand the urgency of specific tasks and have the ability to prioritize.
  • Must act with the unit's values of integrity, collaboration, innovation and equality.
