General Information:

Advancement Business Applications is a unit in the department of Advancement Information Services. We are seeking a Student Assistant who is organized, detail-oriented, and team-oriented to assist in the daily data projects of ABA, as well as specific duties listed below under duties and responsibilities.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ability to learn various software applications in an appropriate timeframe.
· Ability to use various software applications to research constituent data.
· Identify and correct data integrity issues by applying quality assurance practices to projects
assigned.
· Maintain hardware in UA Training lab, including software updates on lab computers prior to scheduled training sessions.
· Demonstrates honesty and integrity with constituent data.
· Available to work a minimum of 10 hours and a maximum of 20 hours per pay period.
· Other duties as described.

 

Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Conditions of Employment:  

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
