General Information:

Student Assistant in the Education Support Center.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for a fast-paced office. Concentration in the areas of: customer service, working with the public, data entry/verification, spreadsheets, reception, general office duties and procedures, and training to understand teacher education admissions and licensure. Duties include: answering telephone; assembling packets; projects; mailings; copying; faxing; processing forms and filing. Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

Must be Federal Work Study eligible. Verification of FWS eligibility must be provided with your application (listed as Financial Aid Offer Letter). Conditions of Employment:  

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
