General Information:

The College of Business Advising and Support Center seeks a student assistant to assist with various projects involving technology – print, web-related, visual design, etc. Student must be creative, dependable, and professional, as well as possess the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create/design printed and digital documents, presentations, graphics, and social media content for various events and projects.

Assist with front desk coverage, including but not limited to greeting guests, checking in students for appointments, and directing traffic.

Keep Canva designs organized. Maintain content calendar.

 

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills; Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Ability to work with others; Availability to work 10 hours a week. Marketing majors preferred.

Conditions of Employment:  

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
