General Information:

The Office of the Registrar is accepting applications for a Client Services Assistant. The Client Services Assistant performs duties to support operations of the Office of the Registrar.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will serve as a vital team member for the Office of the Registrar by working with the Client Services Team to assist students with class enrollment, major/minor changes, enrollment/degree verifications, transcript orders/issuance, and students leaving and returning to the university.

Each member of the Client Services Team has normal day-to-day responsibilities but is cross trained in all deliverables to ensure stellar customer service. The Client Services Team provides customer service for the Registrar’s Office by managing the office email, phone, and customer service desk.

 

Qualifications:

Competitive candidates must:
 Have knowledge of and the ability to use computer hardware/software.
 Be capable of interpreting and applying policies and procedures accurately.
 Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
 Have a strong customer service background with the general public.
 Be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment independently and within a team.
 Have experience managing and maintaining confidential records.
