General Information:

The Assessment & Testing Center (ATC) located in Gabbin Hall is looking for responsible, dependable, hard-working students who are willing to work 6 to 12 hours per week between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, during the academic year.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Proctors a variety of tests and ensures Academic Integrity is upheld
Opening and closing of the ATC
Ensuring lab is organized and clean
Ensuring all students sign in and out of the lab
Proctor exams and assessments
Enforce lab policies and faculty-specific rules
Monitor students
Diagnose minor printer and workstation issues
Escalate larger issues to Manager

 

Qualifications:

Basic computer skills – Microsoft Windows and Office
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to friendly, respectful customer service

Conditions of Employment:  

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).

Students must have a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA.
